Position: Supply Chain Director |

Main function
of job:
|
•
Oversee all supplier activities involved
with Engineering, Contracts and Quality
to
assist in the delivering of
product/projects.
• Responsible for the development
and implementation of supply chain strategies
throughout a global enterprise
to reduce costs. The role will require familiarity
with the complete range of
strategic sourcing and the ongoing management
of
strategic supplier relationships
(including Supplier Development).
• Manage the whole supply chain to
ensure minimum inventory but still maintain
consistent customer performance.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge
of performance levels and take timely
corrective action where appropriate.
• Manage Executive Level relationships
with the supply base that allow the
company builds a compelling
Supply Chain Solution.
• Develop pricing strategies for production,
design, and benchmark quoting |

Requirements:
|
•
Degree with10-15 years experience in a dynamic
environment.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to solve practical problems
and deal with a variety of concrete variables
in
situations where only limited
standardization exists.
• Good communication and presentation
skill
• Team player and good interpersonal
skill
• Good knowledge of regional supplier
base
• Frequent travelling is required |
