Position: HR Business Partner/HR Leader for Talent
Solutions
The HR leader for Talent Solutions is
a key member of the HR team for our client in
Singapore. The scope of Talent Solutions covers
talent acquisition, development and management,
leadership and employee development, and performance
management. This role is responsible for developing
and executing talent solutions strategy and plan,
working in collaboration and partnership with
HR business partners and key stakeholders. Reporting
directly to the Head of Human Resources for Singapore,
this role will tap on resources from the Asia
Pacific Talent Solutions Center of Expertise and
localize/adapt resources according to our client
in Singapore requirements. HR Business Partner
role for a small business unit may also be assigned
depending on the experience of the candidate.
Responsibilities:
1. Degree in Human Resource Management or Business
Administration
2. Minimum of 8-10 years of HR business partner/Talent
Management and
Development experience,
preferably in multiple environment such as
manufacturing, sales and marketing,
research and development and supplychain.
3. Demonstrated capacity to understand business
issues and develop talent
strategies to meet country
business objectives and at the same time align
to
corporate goals.
4. Demonstrated competencies in:
• talent identification process
• facilitation of strategic business discussions,
• design and deliver interventions/leadership
programs/workshops,
• design and development of performance
management systems/tools to facilitate
performance discussion.
• coaching skills, to support talent pool
to reach their developmental goals.
• Demonstrated capabilities to influence
upwards, communicate effectively across
the organization, and engages others
with passion and energy.
