Yin is the founder and Managing Consultant
of Kyle & Associates in Singapore.
He has an
extensive experience in consulting
executive search and selection assignments
in Singapore, Malaysia, China and
Philippines. His recruitment assignments
cover positions from top to middle
management and professional levels
in the Technology, Banking, Aerospace,
Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing and various
industries.
Before starting
his own firm, Kyle & Associates,
he worked for PA Consulting for seven
years and was their Managing Consultant
in Singapore. He also worked for Citicorp,
Reuters and Commerce Clearing House
prior to his headhunting career. He
received his Business Administration
Degree from the University of Hawaii,
majoring in Applied Management.

Tong
Director
Anthony
Tong has over 20 years of working
experience. He has held senior roles
in Sales, Management, Consulting and
Executive Search.
Prior to
joining Kyle & Associates, he
was the Managing Consultant of Kelly
Selection, the Executive Search arm
of a Fortune 500 recruitment company.
He was the Managing Director of Maxvision
Pte Ltd, an IT solutions and services
firm which he founded in 1995. He
is widely travelled and has worked
with different multi-national companies
in several countries.
He graduated
from the University of Houston, Magna
Cum Laude, majoring in Management
Information Systems.
